Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Occupational Health Coordinator plays a vital role in promoting workplace wellbeing and safety. Daily responsibilities include conducting employee health assessments, implementing wellness programs, and managing worker’s compensation cases. The Occupational Health Coordinator liaises with hospital management to ensure compliance with employee health regulations and provides training on safety protocols. Additionally, the role includes planning and conducting health workshops and maintaining accurate health records to track employee wellness and safety trends.
What’s Needed to

Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business
Proven expertise in public health, industrial health, or ambulatory care
Registered Nurse RN license is highly desirable!
