Pay Range:

$105,000 – $120,000 / Annually •Pay based on experience and qualifications

Director of Case Management Opportunity:

Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Monday – Friday, Day Shift Occasional On-Call required Possibility of quarterly bonuses

Director of Case Management Responsibilities:

Director of Case Management assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations and human resource management of the Case Management department The Director of Case Management has 5 Direct Reports underneath them Provides guidance and support to Case Managers and other staff, including training on managing caseloads and interpreting regulations, policies, operational procedures, and objectives

Director of Case Management Qualifications:

Must be either a Licensed Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, or Therapist 3+ years of management experience 3+ years of hospital-based Case Management experience, including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience CCM® or ACMTM certification is preferred
