Join our team as a Patient Service Supervisor for our Southern NH district, where you’ll oversee front desk operations, support staff growth, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. What You’ll Do Lead & Support Your Team Supervise front desk staff, ensuring efficiency and excellent patient service. Train and mentor team members, helping them grow in their roles. Conduct team meetings to share updates, provide feedback, and address concerns. Handle escalated patient inquiries with professionalism and care. Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance patient flow. Keep Operations Running Smoothly Ensure front desk staff follow best practices and regulatory guidelines. Monitor patient flow and wait times, making improvements as needed. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Work with other departments to create a seamless patient experience. Develop & Improve Training Programs Partner with Patient Service Educators to create and update training materials. Support new hires with onboarding and continued education. Provide ongoing coaching to ensure staff success and confidence in their roles. Where You’ll Work This role requires travel between our Southern New Hampshire clinics, including Nashua, Manchester, Merrimack, Bedford, Windham, Londonderry and Plaistow. You’ll also visit our ConvenientMD headquarters in Portsmouth, NH for meetings and trainings throughout the year. What We’re Looking For Leadership Experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Healthcare or Customer Service Background
- Experience in a medical setting or related field preferred. Tech-Savvy
- Familiarity with EHR systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent Communicator
- Able to build relationships with patients, staff, and leadership. Organized & Detail-Oriented
- Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate & Patient-Focused
- A positive team player who values high-quality patient care.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Bachelor’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., Medical Receptionist Certification) Experience in training and development, performance management, or quality improvement Schedule & Availability On-site role rotating between clinics you oversee. Some evening and weekend availability required. Participation in on-call weekend rotation.
