The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and supporting the professional development of our clinical staff. This position requires a strong background in mental health services, with an emphasis on innovative therapeutic approaches and a commitment to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Experience A minimum of 5 years working as a LADC, MLADC, LCMHC, LCSW or higher. A minimum of 5 years working in executive leadership of an agency including clinical supervisor, clinical director or program director. Duties Supervise and support clinical staff in their daily responsibilities, providing guidance and mentorship. Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing training opportunities for team members. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to clinical practices. Develop and implement treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and address complex cases effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices. Provide direct clinical supervision, including case reviews and crisis intervention as needed. Stay current with developments in the field of mental health, including advancements in art therapy, psychopharmacology, and gender issues counseling. Maintain a caseload of clients yourself in individual and or group sessions. Skills Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, particularly in art therapy, psychopharmacology, and gender issues counseling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues. Ability to assess complex situations quickly and develop appropriate interventions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance matters.
