About the RoleAre you a licensed RVT or experienced Senior Veterinary Assistantready to step into a leadership role? We’re seeking a Clinical Leadto support our Internal Medicine and Cardiology teams. In thisrole, you’ll blend clinical excellence with team mentorship,working alongside some of the most advanced specialists inveterinary medicine. As a Clinical Lead, you will be challenged,you will learn, and your compassion, skills, and ambition will berewarded. What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of RVTs andAssistants across Internal Medicine and Cardiology departments
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety
• Mentor andtrain team members through hands-on guidance and structured support
• Assist in case management, diagnostics, and client communications
• Ensure daily operations run efficiently and support hospitalgoals Qualifications

• Required:

  5 years of recent veterinaryclinical experience

• Preferred:

  Active CA-RVT license

• Provenability to lead by example and foster team development
• Confidentin anesthesia monitoring, medication calculations, and treatmentprotocols
• Strong communication, time management, andproblem-solving skills Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range:

  $37

• $45/hour $5.50 differential for hours worked between 6pm-6am
