About the Role Are you a licensed RVT orexperienced Veterinary Assistant looking for a leadershipopportunity? We’re hiring a Clinical Lead to support our Oncology,Ophthalmology, and Integrative Medicine departments at SAGEConcord. In this role, you’ll lead a team of RVTs and Assistantswhile working closely with specialists to provide the higheststandard of care. What You’ll Do

• Manage and support a team ofRVTs and Veterinary Assistants
• Maintain excellence in patientcare, workflow, and communication
• Mentor and develop techniciansthrough training and performance feedback
• Participate indiagnostics, treatments, and integrative therapies
• Collaboratecross-functionally with other departments Qualifications

• Required:

  5 years of recent veterinary clinical experience

• Preferred:

  Active CA-RVT license

• Strong leadership skills andability to inspire others
• Experience with anesthesia monitoring,CRIs, drug dosing, and estimates
• Excellent communication andproblem-solving abilities Compensation & Perks

  $37

• $45/hour (DOE)
