About the Role Are youa licensed RVT or experienced Veterinary Assistant looking for aleadership opportunity? We’re hiring a Clinical Lead to support ourSurgery department at SAGE Concord. In this role, you’ll lead ateam of RVTs and Assistants while working closely with specialiststo provide the highest standard of care. What You’ll Do

• Manageand support a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants
• Maintainexcellence in patient care, workflow, and communication
• Mentorand develop technicians through training and performance feedback
• Participate in diagnostics, treatments, and integrative therapies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departmentsQualifications

• Required:

  5 years of recent veterinary clinicalexperience

• Preferred:

  Active CA-RVT license

• Strong leadershipskills and ability to inspire others
• Experience with anesthesiamonitoring, CRIs, drug dosing, and estimates
• Excellentcommunication and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Perks
