Our outsourcing operations are conducted in our Media location as well as in our Portsmouth, NH office. As an Operations (Medical Billing) Supervisor, you will be responsible for accomplishing the objectives of the department by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes in support of department goals.
Duties include:
Directing employees in meeting quality on-time delivery requirements, addressing productivity and quality challenges, and communicating issues to relevant senior managers. Scheduling team assignments for daily and monthly functions and ensure that employees understand their responsibilities and delegated tasks. Monitoring team productivity and providing constructive feedback, training, mentorship, and corrective counseling when necessary. Running and analyzing department metric reports and monitor employee assignments to ensure accurate and timely completion. Keeping employees informed of process changes and general department and company updates. Maintaining timekeeping and personnel records. Timely completing performance evaluations for team members. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
