We are seeking a compassionate and culturally fluent Bilingual Korean-Speaking Hospitality Manager to serve as a key liaison for Korean-speaking patients and families within our post-acute skilled nursing facility. With a concierge-style approach to service, this individual will ensure that all non-clinical needs are met with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity—enhancing the overall experience from admission through discharge. Bilingual Korean-Speaking Hospitality Manager Responsibilities You’ll Love:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking patients, residents, and families—providing a warm, welcoming, and informed presence throughout their stay. Assist families with the admissions process, orientation, and transitions of care by translating key information and setting expectations. Act as a liaison between clinical staff and Korean-speaking families to promote clarity, comfort, and trust in the care being provided. Coordinate non-clinical services such as room preferences, dietary needs, laundry, activities, and spiritual/cultural support. Proactively check in with Korean-speaking patients and families to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and offer personal touches. Provide translation support as needed for care meetings, discharge planning, or written materials. Support discharge readiness by helping coordinate transportation, personal belongings, and outpatient follow-up if needed. Partner with nursing, social work, therapy, and admissions teams to provide a seamless and dignified experience for Korean-speaking guests.
What We Look For:
Fluent in Korean and English , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or patient relations—preferably in a healthcare, post-acute, or senior living setting. Deep understanding of Korean culture, customs, and family dynamics. Highly organized and responsive, with a proactive and calming demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care facilities is highly preferred.
Preferred Background:
Experience working with Korean-speaking seniors or patients in a hospital, skilled nursing, or senior living facility. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and discharge planning processes. Training in hospitality, concierge services, or patient relations. Be the bridge that brings comfort, clarity, and care to our Korean-speaking residents and families.

Pay rates are determined based on experience and are subject to applicable shifts.
