Your Role as Patient Care Coordinator You’ll be the go-to person at the front desk—welcoming every patient with a smile, managing the flow of the clinic, and helping our providers focus on what they do best.
Daily responsibilities include:
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Checking patients in and out of our EMR system Managing calls, scheduling, and appointment reminders Verifying insurance and assisting with basic billing tasks Supporting our team with any front-desk tasks that keep the day running smoothly Maintaining a clean, welcoming front office environment Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with: A great personality and a genuine desire to help people Strong communication and multitasking skills A team-first attitude and a proactive mindset Previous front desk, customer service, or medical office experience (a plus—not required) Willingness to learn our systems and grow with us
