Key Responsibilities :

Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments Answer phones promptly and professionally Present care plans and review appointment schedules with patients Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate patient flow with efficiency and empathy Support back office or marketing tasks as needed Uphold patient confidentiality and a positive, team-centered environment

Skills and Qualificaions :

We will provide job training. Below experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal Strong multitasking and time management abilities Experience in customer service, admin, or medical front desk (chiropractic or holistic wellness setting preferred but not required) Tech-savvy with basic computer skills; able to learn scheduling or EHR systems Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure Health-conscious mindset – aligns with natural, holistic care values Friendly, professional, and confident with patients Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
