Clinical / Executive Director Eleve Behavioral Health 1307 White Horse Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director or Clinical Director to lead our organization in delivering high-quality healthcare services. The ED or CD will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance. This role requires a strong background in medical management and healthcare leadership, with a focus on achieving excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership and direction for the organization, aligning operations with the mission and goals. Oversee the management of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery, patient outcomes, and overall organizational effectiveness. Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure optimal operational performance. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory agencies. Monitor industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to adapt organizational strategies accordingly. Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management roles. Strong understanding of JCAHO standards and healthcare regulations. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
