Home Health Care Office Manager and Sales 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 We are a leading provider of non-medical in-home care services in South Jersey. We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional who will serve as both the Sales Representative and Office Manager, helping lead operations while growing the client base and brand reputation. This position is 75% sales and 25% office management since the office team is mostly self-sufficient. This full-time, salaried position plays a vital role in the daily management of the home care agency. The successful candidate will oversee office operations, support staffing needs, handle incoming sales calls, market services to potential referral sources, act as a backup for absent staff, and serve as a key brand ambassador in the local community. Sales & Client Intake Respond promptly to all incoming client inquiries and sales calls Conduct in-home consultations and assessments when needed Convert inquiries into paying clients through empathetic, solution-driven conversations Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records Office Management Support office staff, including care coordinators, recruiters, AP/AR/Payroll, and administrative assistants. Oversee client intake, scheduling, and billing processes Implement and enforce office policies and procedures Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards Ensure accurate client and caregiver records are maintained Conduct performance evaluations and staff development meetings Evaluate and manage employee benefits offering Manage and evaluate vendors Staffing & Coverage Serve as a backup for key roles such as AP/AR/Payroll, during absences Assist in emergency caregiver coverage and client communication when needed Marketing & Outreach Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, rehab centers, and other referral sources. Attend community events, health fairs, and networking groups to promote the brand. Distribute marketing materials and track outreach efforts Brand & Reputation Management Monitor and respond to online reviews, social media feedback, and client satisfaction surveys Ensure exceptional service delivery to promote word-of-mouth referrals Lead internal initiatives to build employee morale and promote a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services industry 2+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of home care operations, scheduling, and client engagement Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proven track record in sales or business development Proficiency with scheduling systems, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits:
Overall Compensation:
$60,000-$140,000 (Depending on experience & Performance )
