PRS Manager Job Purpose Summary:

The PRS Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading the Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring that all are equipped to provide clients with a quality of care that meets Victory Bay’s standards. This role will be responsible for collaborating with other departments to integrate peer support into the treatment process and provide a strong recovery-focused environment.

Core Functions:

PRS Management Crisis/Behavioral Management LMA Activity Coordination Responsibilities Include:

PRS Shift Scheduling Monitoring and approving time off for PRS’s Managing call outs and shift coverage Responsible for managing day-to-day functions of peer recovery specialists Administer Urine analysis and breathalyzers as needed Organizing events for current clients Aiding in implementation of PRS/Clinical behavioral interventions and refer outs Crisis interventions Attends Huddle meetings and provides day to day reports On-Call/After-Hours Phone coverage and availability, as needed Responsible for identifying and coordinating client activities Weekly supervisions and monthly trainings for PRS’ Develop, refine and implement process Maintain DH occupancy rate of 80% and above Maintain DH group attendance rate of 97% and above

Full-time Required education : N/A Required experience: 2-4 years’ experience working in a Drug & Alcohol Treatment Facility.

Proper Knowledge and Skills:

Proper English and grammar, usage and spelling Software application related to the field General offices principles and practices Basic computer knowledge including email etiquette Professional phone and customer service demeanor Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, driving Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing)
