Clinical Manager, Regulatory and Accreditation – Regulatory and Accreditation – IMC 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 1505 West Sherman Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360 MAJOR
FUNCTION
Provides oversight and management of hospital compliance with external regulatory and accreditation standards as defined by CMS, DNV, state, and local regulations. Prepares corrective action plans, facilitates improvement teams, and monitors outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required in Nursing. Advanced degree in Nursing or Business/Healthcare Administration preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in an acute hospital setting with an in depth understanding of healthcare operations, clinical practices, patient safety principles, medical terminology, and regulatory standards.
Certification/ Licensure:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including strong interpersonal skills as well as organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Self-motivated with solid knowledge of quality improvement methods and data collection/analysis. Knowledge of regulatory standards required, NIAHO and
ISO 9001
Quality Management System preferred. Demonstrates critical thinking skills, process design, collaboration, teamwork, and ability to solve problems to achieve goals. Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams for word processing, presentations, spreadsheet development, data analysis, and project management/collaboration.
