- Hybrid work Opportunity Summary A unique opportunity to join a growing Rare Disease Biopharmaceutical Company as their Lead Salesforce Health Cloud (SFHC) Administrator.
You will become the in-house Subject Matter Expert/SME for their transformative new patient data ecosystem. In this Director-level role, you will own and optimize the SFHC platform that serves as the central hub for comprehensive patient data integration from specialty pharmacies, patient hubs, distributors, and multiple external sources feeding into the data warehouse. You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including patient services, case managers, field reimbursement, patient access, patient advocates, and others, to ensure the
SFHC CRM
delivers seamless functionality that enhances patient journeys and outcomes. This role offers the chance to significantly shape, implement and deploy critical healthcare technology infrastructure while collaborating directly with stakeholders who are passionate about improving rare disease patient experiences and outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary administrator for Salesforce Health Cloud platform
- Configure and customize SFHC to meet evolving business requirements
- Manage user access, permissions, and training programs
- Lead system releases, updates, and change management
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data governance standards

- BS or MS in quantitative, science, technology, engineering, or related fields

CRM Administration:
Salesforce Health Cloud or Veeva CRM Administrator experience

Patient Data:
experience working with aggregated/integrated Patient Data from multiple sources/data feeds (e.g., hubs, specialty pharmacies, specialty distributors, etc.)

Therapeutic Areas:
Rare Diseases or Hematology/Oncology Patient Data experience

Governance, Privacy & Compliance:
experience managing end-to-end access, use, changes, etc. to patient data to ensure compliance with all regulations

Certification:
Salesforce certifications preferred, but not required
