Schedule:
Full-Time, 9AM – 5PM (Monday – Friday)
Compensation:

Join a team of over 44,000 nationwide committed to providing exceptional care Responsibilities The Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Management (DQM) with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program. The Quality Coordinator’s responsibilities may include data collection/input, analysis and reporting for risk management, quality improvement, survey readiness, infection control, employee health and education. Assists with all assigned activities to assure the facility maintains accreditation, cretification, and licensure. Assists with implementation of the Hospital Quality Plan. Assists with preparation of quarterly quality meetings. Assists with survey readiness and root cause analyses. Assists in implementation of new and revised policies/procedures. Assists with medical staff quality improvement activities including ongoing and focused professional practice evaluations. Assists the DQM with data entry into various electronic databases. Assists with implementation of the infection control plan and reporting as required. Participates in employee training and education. Assist with employee health activities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Valid professional NJ RN License required. Preferred qualifications 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred. Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).
