Associate Director – Primary Care North
Position Description
MAJOR FUNCTION
This position is responsible for the planning, growth, and operational management of the assigned practices. These activities include oversight of day-to-day activities of designated practice sites in collaboration with practice managers. Ensurepliance with office policies and procedures. Partners with internal departments of Inspira and its affiliates for practice operation services such as accounts payable, human resources support and payroll. Responsible for maintaining, enhancing and educating office managers to enhance patient/customer service satisfaction scores, achieving budget,anization and personal fiscal year goals. Assists leadership in planning, managing, and implementing theprehensive marketing andmunication strategy for assigned practices. Takes a lead role in optimization projects impacting financial and operational performance of assigned practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required preferred in Business or Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related healthcare field. Five years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5 years’ experience in physician relations, practice management and/or hospital administration required.
- Previous management experience required.
- Specific ambulatory healthcare experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, lift.
