AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimisticleader to fill the role of Food Service Retail Manager, Full-timeat one our healthcare accounts in Staten Island, NY. This positionis scheduled everyother weekend and includes some holidays. Duties & Responsibilities:

Select and develop placement of products to drive sales in a retailsetting Manage the financials of the account through effectivefood, labor and supply controls Ensure AVI concepts and standardsare in place Listen and effectively respond to the needs of theclient Identify opportunities to nurture client relationships andgrow sales Encourage good customer relations through productpromotion Build relationships with other team members within theaccount Provide outstanding customer service support Monitor andevaluate the effectiveness of the various product placement andproduct output Ensure that all equipment is clean and professionalin appearance at all times Maintain a safe work environmentSupervise, coach and direct team members in a professional mannerFollow directions and implement instructions from the

Director ofNutrition Services Requirements:

Two or more years of experience ina food service management role A results-oriented, articulate,decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her Abilityto build relationships by actively listening and responding to theclient’s needs Adaptable to changing business conditionsComfortable dealing with fast-paced environments Ability to pursueand complete directives with limited supervision
