Full Job Description Description:
CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking a Hospital Center Manager. Under the direction of the Advocacy Coordinator, the Hospital Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the Wellness Center on the grounds of the state psychiatric hospital. This is a leadership role that works closely with the hospital staff, CSPNJ staff and persons served to ensure quality services are delivered all while meeting the state hospital regulations. This role will be responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of the Wellness Center staff. The ideal person will have experience working in a mental health setting, be passionate about helping persons’ in their recovery journey, have leadership skills and effective communication to ensure a safe environment that provides supports and resources linkages to guests. Full-time | 37.5 hours per week |
Hourly Rate:
$21.54 Benefit Eligible (Medical, free DMO dental & free vision) including 6 weeks

Holidays Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a mental health discipline OR High School diploma or GED equivalent + 4 years working at a nonprofit. 2+ years in a supervisory role. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises. Time and project management skills. Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner. Proficient in MS Office products. Valid NJ Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
