Manager, Regional Quality, TOC Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

A Manager, Regional Quality, TOC will be assigned a region and be responsible for the performance for the teams at each location. The regional leader will partner with site leaders to ensure new team members on the respective units are educated and trained on all program initiatives. This position requires understanding specific metrics and leading the teams by providing education and resources needed for optimal performance. The leader will also perform clinical functions at the bedside for their patient population to support the teams. The leader will maintain an effective communication process to keep everyone informed and provide regional updates to the corporate team.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

Masters degree in Nursing, Social work, Public Health, or other health related fields Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of management experience

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred :

Bilingual Experience with

Google and Licenses and Certifications Preferred :
