The LCSW Supervisor will oversee team members, provide clinical supervision toward licensure, develop and maintain evidence-based treatment protocols, and support patients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical quality, driving professional development, and fostering a culture of collaborative, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Supervision & Leadership Provide individual and group supervision, offering case consultation, feedback, and guidance toward licensure. Develop and deliver ongoing training, workshops, and team meetings on best practices, ethics, and clinical interventions. Monitor supervisee caseloads, productivity metrics, and compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Program Development & Quality Improvement Implement, and evaluate clinical programs for mental and behavioral health needs. Lead quality-assurance initiatives, chart reviews, and outcome tracking to drive continuous improvement. Stay current on clinical research and integrate new findings into treatment protocols. Collaboration & Outreach Partner with multidisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, etc.) to coordinate holistic care. Serve as a liaison with external agencies, insurers, and community organizations to expand service offerings. Provide education and support to patients’ families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all supervisee and self-provided clinical documentation meets legal, ethical, and billing standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state licensure requirements and agency policies, guiding the team to full compliance. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing. Minimum of 3-5 years post-licensure clinical experience Demonstrated expertise in treating mental and behavioral health conditions. Proficient in evidence-based therapies. Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities. Deep methodologies and outcome measurement.
