High Focus Centers in Parsippany is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Parsippany we are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing outpatient mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment programs to help adults, teens and middle-school aged children overcome behavioral health challenges. Hourly Rate:
$75.00/hour
Schedule:
PRN
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and diagnose as appropriate.
Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans.
Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned.
Maintains caseload as needed.
Assists the facility leadership in developing new programs for the facility.
Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.
Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Licensure:
LCADC, LCSW, LPC
with proper supervisory certificates as needed to meet state and supervisory requirements
