Patient Experience and Marketing Manager Pixel Care Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Patient Experience and Marketing Manager will own the Marketing and Patient Experience function across both Schraft’s and Pixel business units, serving as the driving force behind initiatives that enhance the patient and client journey. This position will manage all feedback channels, elevate brand presence across social and digital platforms, and foster strong relationships with partners and influencers. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with significant opportunity to shape and scale a growing department that will play a key role in the company’s future. Job Responsibilities Maintain and update Schraft’s and Pixel social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and Pixel’s internal platform. Design and implement branded packaging strategies, including “swag” for patient and partner shipments. Manage daily escalated patient concerns and resolve them in line with quality standards. Oversee the collection, tracking, and response process for patient reviews (daily, weekly, monthly). Manage client feedback process (clinics, payors, pharmacies) on a monthly or quarterly basis. Develop partnerships with clinics and influencers to enhance community engagement. Lead patient experience improvement initiatives in collaboration with the management team. Analyze and report on feedback and performance data to guide improvements. Write content and create graphics and newsletters that aligns with Pixel and Schraft’s. Additional duties as assigned. Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field. 2+ years of experience working industry marketing. 3+ years previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
