• Senior Manager, Clinical Content Creation & Deployment
• The Senior Manager, Clinical Content Creation & Collaboration will collaborate with the Global and USMA colleagues, in strategic planning and execution of TA specific content strategy including but is not limited to scientific slide decks, field medical tools, training materials, congress-related activities, websites/tools.

• YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Manager, Clinical Content Creation & Deployment, are to: + Assist in internal content creation and deployment process tools, operating procedures, and outsourcing strategy to ensure consistent and alignment of resources; + Assists in the development of end-to-end processes for effective generation and dissemination of content across all USMA Ta’s; + Strategize with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory reviewers to enhance Resource Development PRT execution process by ensuring all materials adhere to governance, legal, medical, compliance, and regulatory standards; + Attend weekly status calls; + Develop Advisory Board and congress related assets; + Development of all content requests that are assigned by their TA lead to ensure the highest scientific accuracy, quality, with adherence to Bayer SOPs and FDA regulations; + Complete all Veeva Content Factory and Veeva CRM Tasks following proper upload regulations which includes but is not limited too (properly localizing Global materials, tagging and linking materials, Metadata, Referencing, etc.

); + Updating project(s) with Promotional, legal, and Regulatory comments; + Work with creative team from start to finish of a project; + Develop MSL/HQ emails through eWizard; + Capture all current and relevant up to date information on their disease state; + Drive oversight, project management, and delivery of new initiatives for scientific communications enhancing customer engagement.

• WHO YOU ARE

• Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

• Required Qualifications:

• + Advanced degree (M.D., Ph.D, PharmD, M.Sc. or equivalent) in a scientific discipline; + Experience working in Content Creation.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + At least 3+ years of industry experience.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $113,500 to $170,250. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
