Fellowship Village – Basking Ridge, NJHCBS /Full-Time /On-Site Are you a licensed PT, OT, or SLP ready to lead with purpose? is seeking a dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our Therapy at Home (TAH) program. This role is pivotal in driving high-quality home-based therapy services across our Independent Living communities and surrounding areas. You’ll provide strategic leadership to both clinical and administrative teams, ensuring seamless operations, outstanding care, and regulatory compliance. From supervising team members and enhancing client experiences to managing multi-location growth and spearheading new initiatives this is an opportunity to shape the future of person-directed rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

Lead a high-performing clinical team across multiple territories, empowering therapists to deliver exceptional outcomes and compassionate care.
Own the strategy and expansion of our TAH program — identifying new opportunities, launching new markets, and building strong referral pipelines.
Drive operational and clinical excellence, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and the highest standards of service.
Be a culture champion, mentoring leads, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the Fellowship Spirit is felt in every interaction.
Serve as a trusted voice at the leadership table, working cross-functionally to align the program with organizational priorities and resident needs.

Requirements:

NJ Licensed OT, PT, or SLP
3-5+ years of progressive leadership in rehab services
Strong command of multi-site team oversight, compliance, and EMR systems
Strategic mindset with hands-on operational ability
Passion for person-directed care and aging with dignity
