Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing. BSN or currently enrolled in a Baccalaureate Program A minimum of 5 years of recent clinical experience. Demonstrates clinical knowledge and skills Demonstrates leadership competencies Demonstrated ability to work independently Good basic knowledge of the nursing process, standards of care, regulatory requirements and best practices Maintains computer skills
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Knowledge of milliman and/or interqual criteria, utilization review, discharge planning and case management
Licenses and Certifications Required:
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
