Location:
Watchung, Branchburg and Hillsborough Essential Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations including staff hiring, training/onboarding new hire, patient and team scheduling, payroll, review of clinic P&L reports, performance evaluation of teammates, conducting disciplinary actions, medication/ expired medication, cosmetic ordering and inventory management.
- Coordinates/ implement workflow in clinics by prioritizing shift duties to achieve the fullest productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee day to day operations and responsible for supervising receptionists, medical assistants, estheticians or any other additional role practiced in a Metropolitan Dermatology facility.
- Performing and submitting site audits, medical inventory, uncompleted/unlocked charts, petty cash, cash reconciliation spreadsheets.
- Track equipment and manage device inventory, including repairs and maintenance/upkeep of all equipment’s.
- Possess financial stewardship and have the ability to review and understand P&L reports and budgetary management.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors and external services used throughout the region and building strong relationships with drug representatives to market product promotions.
- Communicating and collaborating with providers to resolve clinical operation issues.
- Maintaining/ monitoring facility cleanliness and upkeep.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of Metropolitan Dermatology. Patient Care
- Review Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and patient satisfaction provided by the Director of Operations; act in response to patient complaints with thorough investigation of concerns.
- Ensure all team members are practicing patient safety and infection control standards and are being met and achieved.
- Support patient education provided by clinician and help patients engage in our services and products
- Collaborate with departments within the organization such as billing, coding, operations and accounting to provide quality patient care. Caring for Team
- Leading and coaching team members with their role and providing any guidance to organizational changes.
- Implementing company’s core values/ culture to team sites and observe that it is being executed at all times.
- Conducting performance evaluations and setting clear expectations utilizing defined metrics and KPI’s.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
