Miracle-Ear has been in business for over 70 years, and we continue to strive for exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of the office. We are looking for a candidate that is proficient with computers, insurance, familiar in a medical office environment, who can learn quickly and is self-motivated. The position available is for our Watchung, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage file system and information
• Greet patients and answer phones
• Plan and maintain work environment
• Provide administrative assistance to management team
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Maintain office appointment schedule
• Work with computer software
• Insurance paperwork (training provided)
• Perform other tasks as needed (replenish office supplies, distribute mail etc.

)
