Clinical Director (Management) Position Available In Union, New Jersey

Job Description:

The Clinical Director has direct oversight of the assignedsite’s program operations. This position will assist with communitycollaboration, while working with those in organizationalleadership positions, to help build and maintain outstanding mentalhealth and SUD treatment services with a caring and dedicatedstaff. The Clinical Director will supervise staff, plan and developprograms, and ensure the facility has all the resources necessaryto ensure smooth functioning, while maintaining the organization’sculture and compliance with policies and procedures. The ClinicalDirector works directly with organizational leadership as a memberof the management team and reports to the Associate Director ofPrograms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background insupervision and working with individuals with mental health andsubstance use disorders. This position requires excellentadministrative skills, program management expertise, and a passionfor clinical work.
