You will report to the Americas Services Sales Leader, who is dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering an environment that encourages professional development and strategic thinking. The work setup is primarily remote, providing flexibility, with the expectation that team members will collaborate online and occasionally come into the office as needed. Overall, this role requires travel of up to 50%, enabling you to engage with customers and partners directly, ensuring alignment and contributing to successful project outcomes.

  • Your Role
  • + Lead the entire Professional Services sales cycle for designated territories, focusing on large-scale engagements with strategic clients.

+ Collaborate with field sales leadership to establish and execute a robust Services go-to-market strategy, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.+ Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) in your territory, including quota achievement, deal attach rates, and on-time renewals.+ Serve as a trusted advisor by advising senior leaders in customer organizations on creating compelling business cases for their digital transformation.+ Facilitate pre-sales workshops and assessments, guiding customers through strategy and vision alignment.+ Negotiate contracts, respond to RFx, and develop custom Statements of Work (SOW) that align with client business needs and outcomes.+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to promote seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.+ Establish first-year objectives that include achieving a predefined quota, onboarding into the company culture, and successfully running initial workshops with target clients.
