Mondovi Dental in Valatie, NY is seeking a caring, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Support the clinical team in providing an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

At least one year related experience Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation:

$18 – $20 an hour
