With a focus on optimizing care delivery and organizational performance, this role is essential to advancing UBMD’s mission through strategic leadership in clinical operations, budgeting, workforce development, and quality improvement.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage clinical operations to support access, quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Oversee departmental budgeting, financial performance, and operational planning. Direct and develop programs that improve quality, safety, and outcomes using evidence-based strategies. Guide human resource planning, talent recruitment, and staff development. Collaborate with division chiefs, physicians, staff, and health system partners to align services with organizational goals. Serve as a key administrative liaison and participate in leadership committees. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and staff engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MSN).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing clinical programs and services. Experience in academic or complex healthcare systems is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Proven leadership in healthcare operations and team development. Strong financial, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement methods, and managed care environments.
