This individual will play a key leadership role within our revenue cycle team, ensuring accurate charge entry, timely claims submission, denial resolution, and exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist with daily billing functions, including charge entry, claim follow-up, denials, and patient inquiries Provide guidance on escalated billing issues and ensure timely resolution Monitor performance and workflow of billing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and payer guidelines Conduct training and provide ongoing support for billing staff Identify trends in payer behavior, reimbursement issues, and workflow inefficiencies Maintain accurate documentation for adjustments and refunds Act as a liaison between billing staff and management Support reporting and special projects as assigned Stay current on coding updates (ICD-10, CPT) and payer regulations

Qualifications:
