This new clinic is powered by ExoMind TMS , a national leader in advanced, non-pharmaceutical brain stimulation for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. We’re hiring a Founding Clinician (PA or NP) to oversee patient care, deliver TMS treatments, and guide daily clinic operations. You don’t need to be a psych specialist — but you must feel confident addressing common mental and behavioral health concerns in adolescents and young adults , particularly anxiety, depression, trauma, and school or social stress. This is the kind of care PAs and NPs already do every day in urgent care and primary care—we’re just giving you a new set of tools that work better and faster. You’ll be fully trained in TMS protocols and supported by a national clinical team—but we need someone who leads with heart, listens deeply , and thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup environment.

In This Role, You Will:

Serve as the on-site medical lead at our Brooklyn location Evaluate, support, and guide patients through their full TMS treatment journey Deliver and supervise TMS therapy using ExoMind’s protocols (training provided) Work closely with a compassionate care team to ensure a consistent, high-touch patient experience Educate patients and families about the role of brain stimulation in emotional health and resilience Provide culturally competent, trauma-informed care to a diverse patient population

What We’re Looking For:

Active PA or NP license in New York (required) Background in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine A calm, empathetic, emotionally present demeanor Passion for advancing mental health access through innovative technologies Willingness to be trained in TMS protocols and brain health optimization Experience or strong comfort working with adolescents and young adults Confidence addressing mild-to-moderate mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, school avoidance, disordered sleep, and emotional dysregulation Passion for patient-centered care and belief in the mind-body connection Calm leadership and clear communication
