Job Description:

Act as a Patient Access Supervisor at Noyes and NHS. Under the supervision of the Patient Access and Registration Coordination Manager supervises the work performance of the Patient Registration staff to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Provide training and maintain on-going communication to keep staff appraised of hospital activities and registration information. Manage the day-to-day workflow operations and staff scheduling for NHS and Noyes patient registration.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent with typing and general knowledge of office equipment plus legible handwriting and English required. Associates degree or higher preferred. Experiences in hospital or institutional registration with demonstrated competency to function as a resource person. Experience in hospital or institutional medical billing preferred. Demonstrated ability in independent decision making and proven leadership qualities necessary. Supervisory experience preferred.
