Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Now Offering $5,000 Sign-OnBonus Rochester Center is looking to hire a Registered Nurse toserve as Unit Manager for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in
Rochester, NY DUTIES:
Handle all supervisory duties for assignedunit. Help establish and implement employee policies andprocedures. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical &career advice. Maintain the standards of care for the unit. ReviewResident records & quality of care. Monitor overall care & reviewindividual Residents’ cases Address questions or complaints broughtforward by Residents or their families. Represent the unit’sinterests with the upper-level management.
REQUIREMENTS
Must holdvalid NYS RN License 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred 2years Charge Nurse experience preferred Strong computer skillsExcellent communication skills
