Monte Nido’s treatment approachfocuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritionalbalance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines,elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation andtreatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achievea clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder andits effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciationof what is necessary for their personal recovery. We are seeking aClinical Director to join the Monte Nido team. The ClinicalDirector is responsible for the overall clinical quality of ourtreatment program. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuringquality care, continuous quality improvement, appropriate staffing,and budget responsibility. This position is responsible foroverseeing all matters related to the clinical programming of thefacility to further enhance our clients’ experiences.

Salary:

$110,000

Responsibilities Include:

:

• Ensure overall clinicalquality of programming with continuous improvement, staffing, andfiscal responsibility.
• Directly lead clinical therapists throughmentoring and coaching; assist therapists interacting withinsurance payers.
• Model normalized eating habits by eating mealsto completion with clients and staff while working at mealtimes.
• At times, the Clinical Director might conduct individual therapy,group therapy, or family therapy.
• Participate in discharge andaftercare planning with the entire treatment team.
• Providingsafe, affirming and empathetic support across multiple populations

Qualifications:

:

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in abehavioral health setting is preferred; may substitute leadershipexperience elsewhere.
• Working knowledge of admissions and intake,Utilization Review, and 3rd party or insurance payers.
• Previousexperience with Joint Commission and regulatory standardscompliance is desired.
• Ability to manage budgets and utilize KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) is preferred.
• Experience in anEating Disorder program or other residential behavioral healthsetting is very helpful.
• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity andInclusion practices
• Employee selection and performance managementexperience are a plus.
• Must hold a Master’s degree in a clinicaldiscipline, at minimum.
• Active State license (or be licenseeligible).
