The Case Coordinator will facilitate the coordination of care, assist with scheduling, and provide essential administrative support to enhance patient experiences. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their cases, addressing inquiries and providing updates. Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care to ensure timely access to services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with clinical staff and document case details. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to patient care and case management. Support administrative functions within the office, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Requirements Proven experience in a medical or dental office environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
