This role will assist with various important patient touch points as well as administrative needs for our beautiful clinic. Seleni:
respond to patient inquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism Conduct structured, initial phone conversations with prospective patients about their needs to facilitate clinician matches Coordinate with patients and clinicians for scheduling and other patient needs. Maintain a well-functioning, inviting clinic environment by managing office appearance Restock and organizing clinic supplies, including occasional light lifting (e.g., deliveries, paper goods, office materials) Process payments for patients and assist with billing-related questions Evaluate and manage out-of-network insurance benefits to help patients understand and optimize their coverage Serve as an ongoing point of contact for patient follow-up questions and concerns Facilitate student correspondence and oversee certificate issuance for training programs Foster and maintain relationships with common referral sources to assist with marketing and continuity of care for clients Collaborate with leadership to support and implement process improvements that enhance clinical workflows and patient experience Apply today Please email your Resume and Cover Letter to HR@seleni.org Expectations and terms We work hard to acquire and retain the best people as well as create a welcoming, positive work environment. Minimum requirements : Bachelors; strong interest in health care and mental health Preferred requirements : 2 years of medical office experience in a patient facing role. Experience with patient intakes, insurance verification and processing, and proven customer service success. Mental health experience preferred (Psychology background).
