Clinical Supervisor of the special medical prevention program will supervise 4 family case planners and either a case aide, a Nurse, or a FTC facilitator in addition to assisting Program Director in a child welfare prevention program. Primary Responsibilities Ensuring all program requirements as per ACS and SBC are maintained. Clinical Supervision of all case planners. Provision of a minimum of 1 hour of individual supervision to each case planner each week. Review of case records, monthly ADM reviews as required by the program director. Supervision of Interns as required by the program director. Maintaining up to date supervision logs, Prof Dev log and records. Planning and facilitating weekly staff meetings, case conferences with the program director. Direct services to clients (at discretion of the program director) as needed. Assisting case planners in the development of client assessments and service plans. Accompanying case planners on home visits as needed. Crisis Intervention. Assisting in the daily operation of the program as required by the program director. Facilitating FTC’S Ongoing training of case planners toward SBC certification and oversight of SBC fidelity. Qualifications Masters Degree in Social Work, Prof. Studies, Psychology or related field. One year direct services to clients. One year supervisory experience.
