Acts as liaison between the patients and clinical staff and/or provider. Manages providers schedule, canceling/rescheduling as necessary. Performs various clerical duties such as correspondence to patients and/or insurance companies. Core Job Responsibilities Provides non-clinical patient support/act as liaison between patients and clinical staff and providers Utilizes phone notes for all communication/documentation between self and patient Answers phone calls (message to providers, appointments made/changed, normal lab results, referring to nurse when clinically appropriate) Manages provider schedules, canceling, rescheduling as needed Completes cross training in other positions, as applicable Sends letters to patients as needed to inform of procedure/testing dates. Sends letters insurance companies appealing denied services Facilitates provider to provider calls All other duties as assigned by the ACP Administrative Team Education/Experience Requirements

REQUIRED

High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare related setting Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and communicate effectively Strong computer skills

Preferred:
