Oneida Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager inUtica, NY.

Duties:

Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unitHelp establish and implement employee policies and proceduresMentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career adviceMaintain the standards of care for the unit Review Resident records& quality of care Monitor overall care & review individualResidents’ cases Address questions or complaints brought forward byResidents or their families Represent the unit’s interests with theupper-level management

Requirements:
