We’re looking for a kind, capable, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our fun, family-oriented chiropractic office! At Canalview Chiropractic, we care deeply for our patients and take pride in building lasting relationships based on trust, compassion, and a shared commitment to health and healing. Our office supports patients of all ages, with a special focus on prenatal and pediatric care —meaning you’ll be surrounded by adorable babies, amazing new moms, and families on their wellness journeys. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) . The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and genuinely enjoys working with families, new moms, and babies. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage communications Take payments and maintain accurate billing records Track patient care plans and visit schedules Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Support patients and the chiropractic team throughout the day Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking and working independently Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor Interest in wellness, family health, or chiropractic care is a plus! Compensation and Benefits Pay range $18-20/ hour based on experience Positive and supportive team culture Opportunity to grow with a purpose-driven wellness practice

Schedule Part-time:

20-30 hours per week Office hours are:

Monday & Wednesday:

1:00 PM•6

PM Tuesday & Thursday:
