Soma PT & OT is currently looking for a motivated, outgoing individual with medical or hospitality experience to join our growing team as a patient care coordinator and marketing representative. Strong communication skills is a must. Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Support:
Welcome patients and assisting with check-in/check-out. Support Therapist’s by answering phones, scheduling and verifying insurances. Support office operations while maintaining a positive, professional environment.
Marketing and Outreach:
Promote Soma PT & OT brand. Build relationships with local physicians, clinics, and referral partners. Represent Soma at community and networking events. Manage and grow our social media presence and online reputation. Distribute marketing materials and share patient success stories.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Comfortable using digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.). Healthcare, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus. Computer skills Ready to Make an Impact?
