Clinic Treatment Coordinator Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people access the services they need? Mozaic (A Chapter of Acr NY) is seeking a Clinic Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in supporting individuals and families as they begin their journey with our Clinical Services. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for coordinating all intakes, referrals, and services-ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every person we serve. Clinic Treatment Coordinator Duties Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and Intake, you will help manage and support clinical operations across Cayuga, Seneca, Yates, Ontario, and Tompkins counties. You’ll oversee treatment planning, track services, and ensure that all care provided aligns with individual treatment plans, regulatory standards, and billing requirements. You will also coordinate referrals and collaborate with related programs and service providers to ensure continuity of care. In addition to managing clinic intakes and new referrals, you’ll support insurance updates, respond to audit requests, and help maintain accurate clinical records. You’ll serve as the main liaison between individuals served, clinicians, care managers, and outside providers-ensuring open communication and well-integrated care. This role also involves assisting with staff training, participating in quality assurance activities, attending meetings, and serving on agency committees. When needed, you may step in to support daily operations in the absence of administrative staff. Clinic Treatment Coordinator Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or Registered Nurse licensed through the New York State Department of Education. Experience with the Developmentally Disabled preferred. Federal criminal background check, drug test and clearance through the State Registry for Child Abuse required. Valid NYS Driver’s license that is acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier. Minimum qualifications may be waived at the discretion of the Senior Vice President of Administration.

Pay Range:

$50,000-$55,000 per year $2,000

Sign-on Bonus Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm 37.5 Hours per week
