Daily responsibilities include:
Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out using our EMR system Verifying insurance and assisting with documentation Supporting our therapists and maintaining a clean, organized front desk Who We’re Looking For Friendly, detail-oriented communicator Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic Experienced in customer service, front desk, or healthcare admin (preferred) Eager to learn and contribute to a clinic culture that feels like a second home Available to work Saturdays from 8:00 AM-2:30 PM and one evening per week from 12:30 PM-6:30 PM What Our Team Says “Greiner PT is more than just a workplace—it’s a sanctuary for people who value real mentorship, meaningful patient connections, and a low-stress environment.” Schedule & Compensation Competitive Pay•$18•22/hour
