Your responsibilities will include supporting the CLIENT by leading a team of construction managers, architects/engineers, and other consultants and vendors on a complex healthcare infrastructure project that is actively in construction. The project is an emergency electrical system upgrade within an active Hospital. The role includes but is not limited to leading construction meetings, reporting on project budget and schedule status updates, identifying risks and providing and implementing recommended mitigations, organizing project team meetings with CLIENT in-house personnel to coordinate the construction with other institutional initiatives and minimizing impacts to Hospital operations. In this role, you will also participate in cost control activities including but not limited to change management reviews, invoice reviews, cash flow projections, and overall oversight of the project budget. Additionally, adherence to the project schedule is the utmost importance. This will include ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and proactively addressing potential risks. Responsibilities Interfacing with users to coordinate project work plan and adhere to deadlines Representing CLIENT with architects, engineers, vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies Overseeing consultants and construction manager Develop and maintain successful user relations and ensure the smooth integration and delivery of projects; set and be accountable for project deadlines Capability and willingness to perform inspections of job site -Tracking and reporting of project financials, schedules, and documentation in various systems – MS Project/P6/Autodesk Build, etc. a plus Hold weekly meetings with the CLIENT advising overall project status, work-in-place, upcoming activities, hot topics, and budget/schedule updates. Develop and issue Monthly Reports Continuously hold ad-hoc meetings and develop reporting/presentations, as required by the CLIENT, to ensure appropriate communications across all levels of leadership throughout the Hospital system. Experience Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management Professional license a plus 5 – 10 years experience in project / program / construction management; experience on multiple side of the business (i.e., consultant, owner, owner rep, contract/architect, contractor, engineer) a plus Higher education and/or healthcare infrastructure experience strongly preferred One Team.
