You will guide therapists in their development, model clinical decision-making, and ensure that our services remain rooted in best practices and ethical care.

Position Overview :

As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing and supporting our team of therapists. Your leadership will contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services that positively impact the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision to a team of therapists, ensuring they deliver the highest standard of care. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective therapy programs and initiatives. Review clinical documentation for alignment with treatment plans, ethical standards, and clinical quality. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth within the team. Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in therapy to ensure our team remains at the forefront of industry practices. Act as a point of contact for escalated client cases. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. Provide psychotherapeutic services to a limited assigned clientele.

Qualifications:

Master’s or doctoral degree in Social work. Current valid licensure as a therapist LCSW. Three post LCSW psychotherapy experience required. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, but strong clinical applicants with leadership skills will be considered. Ability to foster a supportive, structured, and empowering supervision environment Proven experience in providing therapy and counseling services to a diverse range of clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively with diverse groups.
