Full-Time, Exempt We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Branch Manager to lead the operational and clinical functions of a high-performing branch in the healthcare space. This is a confidential search for a leadership role that requires a blend of clinical expertise, operational excellence, and a passion for patient-centered care. About the Role The Clinical Branch Manager holds full responsibility for branch performance—leading clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring staff, and overseeing financial and business development goals. You will play a critical role in guiding a multidisciplinary team and driving strategic initiatives that align with our mission and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Clinical Oversight :
Lead daily branch functions, ensure quality care, and serve as Director of Patient Services.
Team Leadership :
Hire, train, and supervise clinical and admin staff; manage schedules and performance.
Growth & Client Relations :
Drive referral partnerships, collaborate with marketing, and promote client satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure adherence to clinical standards, lead audits, and oversee quality initiatives.
Financial Management :
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and support accurate billing and reporting. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 6 years in community health or home healthcare, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Active RN license required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency with healthcare systems and EHRs. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial acumen. Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire diverse teams. Adaptability in high-pressure environments. Dedication to quality improvement and patient satisfaction. Strategic thinking and cross-functional business understanding.

Full-time Pay:
$105,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
