About the Role The Clinical Branch Manager holds full responsibility for branch performance—leading clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring staff, and overseeing financial and business development goals. You will play a critical role in guiding a multidisciplinary team and driving strategic initiatives that align with our mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Clinical Oversight :

Lead daily branch functions, ensure quality care, and serve as Director of Patient Services.

Team Leadership :

Hire, train, and supervise clinical and admin staff; manage schedules and performance.

Growth & Client Relations :

Drive referral partnerships, collaborate with marketing, and promote client satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance :

Ensure adherence to clinical standards, lead audits, and oversee quality initiatives.

Financial Management :

Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and support accurate billing and reporting. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 6 years in community health or home healthcare, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Active RN license required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency with healthcare systems and EHRs. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial acumen. Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Full-time Pay:

$105,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
